The staff was lovely and wonderful, nothing too much trouble. The hotel was placed in a central location close to the large Gran Plaza shopping center.- We were really close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops.

The rooms here are fantastic, with comfortable beds, effective air conditioning, and nice balconies, all located in a wonderful Spanish-style building near a great Spanish restaurant.

The staff here were awesome and super friendly. The room was always nice and clean, and it had everything we needed. 🌟

Hotel Neptuno By On Group is my favorite place to stay in Roquetas de Mar. The location is great, near a Spar store, golf course, and the beach. The pool area is lovely and the internet works well. Onsite parking is convenient.

food was very good and varied, everything was good, until the Sunday paella, better hotels in the area the food was bad. hotel was 100% but there were no queues for the dining room and in the pool there were plenty of lounge chairs for everyone and many shady areas. it does not have the best pool in the area but it is good for the family and has 2 small slides that my kids had a great time on. it had daycare and games in the pool all day for the kids and they had a good time. evening show was very good and prices of the drinks were not expensive,

room 235 was very comfortable to go down to the pool and to the shows but the back part owes to a parking lot with a discotheque and on Saturday there was noise from people but you can sleep well.

great room, it had two beds together, size 135 cm each. bathroom was complete and very clean. We had a living room with TV, sofa and armchair, kitchen table with 4 chairs and a complete office kitchen ( toaster, microwave, tablecloth, 4 cups of coffee with milk, 4 cups of coffee, plates of various sizes, cutlery for 4, pots, cutlery for cooking, etc). We also had a balcony with two chairs and a table, fortunately led to the pool. hotel was very quiet. There were 3 swimming pools, one for babies, one small one (Max 130) and big one that went from 120 to 180 with two slides that went very very fast: a great pool. meals were very good and varied; there were always meals for children (pizzas, pasta, etc). It was two blocks from the beach, had a side entrance so that you could get to the beach without having to go through reception. In this lateral exit there are two new and complete playgrounds. hotel had a gym (which we did not use) and a children's entertainment service all day. On arrival we were given a gift cheque for 100 euros which we used to store the car in their garage (8 euros a day) and to pay for drinks for lunch and dinner ( full board not included). We stayed 5 nights and did not consume that 100 euro. We are a family of 2 small children, 2 and 5 years old. I recommend this hotel without problems, it is near the beach, has swimming pools, good food and facilities. It's not at beach level, it doesn't matter, beach isn't worth much either. ideal temperature and always air, you had to cover up at night in bed and everything (it was July, mid). there were no mosquitoes or flies ( a luxury ).

The high chairs were broken and shattered: one could use them, another was very bad.

The breakfast at Hotel Neptuno By On Group was plentiful and affordable, featuring delicious regional dishes and baked goods. The room was spacious and extremely clean, providing a comfortable stay in Roquetas de Mar.

Nothing, it was perfect.

We were lucky enough to be given a top floor apartment with a sea view. We loved it. Besides, we found the kitchen very well equipped and very comfortable. The bathroom has natural light and a small window to allow ventilation. Super comfortable and with complimentary toiletries. In general the impression was very good.

The only exception is that children are allowed to be in the pool area too early with the resulting noise. By 9:00 a.m. there were already children screaming in the pool. Although it is true that the hotel is focused on families, it is also true that there are customers who want to rest without noise until a little later. To our relief, as the apartment is on the 6th floor and is well isolated, this detail has not been much of a problem either. Perhaps I would add the need to incorporate a cloth in the kitchen to collect spilt liquid or clean the worktop.
